01
EXPLORE THE PROJECT
I do briefing research, explore project goals, target audience, market, competitors, functional specifications and content requirements. Obvious, but necessary.
02
DISCARD THE CLICHÉS
After brainstorming and mindmaping, to discard the clichés is essential. I usually dismiss the first 3-4 obvious solutions which come in mind.
03
DRAFTS & FEEDBACK
I make 2-4 selections of the first drafts. Present them to the client partner and demonstrate how they would work in real life. Get the feedback.
04
GOOD TO GO
Finalising the project after a few possible rounds of searching for the right solution, I clean up the mockups and creating the guides.
I make sure every solution for every project is aesthetically appealing, functional, robust, distinctive and memorable.
